Virtual Urgent Care for Children

NYU Langone Virtual Urgent Care providers treat children ages 5 to 17 who are experiencing non-emergency conditions. Common conditions we treat in children include pink eye, diarrhea and vomiting, and fever.

Virtual Urgent Care is available from early morning until midnight, seven days a week, for patients ages 5 and older.

Scheduling for Children Ages 5 to 11

A parent or guardian must 麻豆视频入口 an appointment for a child ages 5 to 11, and must also be present during the video visit. To make an appointment, you will need proxy access for your child鈥檚 NYU Langone MyChart account. If you do not have proxy access, please call 929-455-6409 for assistance with scheduling your child鈥檚 appointment.

Scheduling for Youth Ages 12 to 17

People ages 12 to 17 can 麻豆视频入口 their own appointments, or their parent or guardian can do it for them. Appointments 麻豆视频入口d by a parent or guardian require proxy access to their child鈥檚 MyChart account. If you do not have proxy access, please call 929-455-6409 for assistance with scheduling your child鈥檚 appointment. The parent or guardian is not required to be present for the visit.
