Medicine has always captivated me, particularly the art of listening and observing to provide healing and comfort. My personal connection to this field transformed during my parents' eight-year journey through secondary infertility, culminating in the joy of welcoming my brother when I was 16. Witnessing the many medical facets of infertility left me enthralled by the intricate dance of hormones and gametes that make such transformative outcomes possible.

Throughout my career I've gained a greater understanding of the emotional complexities tied to infertility, shaped not only by my family's experiences but also by those of friends and acquaintances facing similar challenges. This realization has fueled my dedication to supporting individuals through infertility struggles, recurrent pregnancy loss, and future family planning.

The primary focus of my practice is treating women of reproductive age - typically in their 20s to 40s. I also work with adolescents seeking fertility preservation before undergoing chemotherapy or gender-affirming treatments. In my practice at the NYU Langone Fertility Center, I perform egg retrievals and transfers in our operating room associated with our world class embryology lab, and trans-vaginal ultrasounds, saline sonograms, and endometrial biopsies in the office setting.

There are many ways to make a family. I am always committed to recognizing the uniqueness of each and every patient's journey. My objective is to craft individualized care plans alongside my patients by aligning with their long-term family planning aspirations and their own personal comfort. I believe deeply in the philosophy that families are built in diverse ways and no two paths to parenthood are the same. The key for me, then, is helping patients navigate unexpected turns to find the right path.

The truth is what I enjoy most about patient care is empowering individuals with knowledge of their own fertility options and then supporting them as they explore and decide their next steps. It is my immense privilege to accompany my patients on their journey to parenthood while witnessing the profound transformation in their lives.
