About Me
From a young age, I aspired to become a doctor, captivated by the strength and resilience exhibited by children, even in their most trying moments. Their courage was a guiding force that led me to specialize in pediatric critical care, a field where I am privileged to support children and their families during some of their most challenging experiences.
As a pediatric intensivist, I care for children facing a spectrum of life-threatening conditions, ranging from acute respiratory failure and severe infections to post-operative recovery following intricate procedures such as organ transplants and neurosurgery. It is deeply rewarding to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, united in our mission to deliver exceptional care to young patients and their families.
I am particularly passionate about facilitating a smooth transition for children returning to their normal, playful lives after overcoming critical illnesses. I am dedicated to delivering a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, harnessing the expertise of colleagues in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and child life to foster an optimal healing environment.
